A Navy veteran says he plans to drag former President Barack Obama and former FBI Director James Comey into court — and he wants them to pay big-time.
The ex-sailor, Kristian Saucier, claims Obama’s legal hypocrisy and political favoritism sent him to jail for a simple mistake… while the former president let former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton walk away from her illegal email server for the same kind of crimes.

Sauicer says that decision means he was given unequal protection under the law — and he wants Obama to answer to the American people for it.

“Saucier, who served a year in federal prison for taking photos of classified sections of the submarine on which he worked, argues that the same officials who meted out punishment to him for his actions chose to be lenient with Hillary Clinton in her use of a private email server and handling of classified information,” Fox News reported Tuesday.
“They interpreted the law in my case to say it was criminal,” Saucier said, talking about Obama’s prosecuting lawyers in his case. “But they didn’t prosecute Hillary Clinton. Hillary is still walking free. Two guys on my ship did the same thing and weren’t treated as criminals. We want them to correct the wrong.”
Saucier’s attorney, Ronald Daigle, said he’s going to point out the hypocrisy of Hillary’s case and compare it to how his client was treated. “We’ll highlight the differences in the way Hillary Clinton was prosecuted and how my client was prosecuted. We’re seeking to cast a light on this to show that there’s a two-tier justice system, and we want it to be corrected. Saucier was convicted of taking unauthorized photographs of a classified area inside the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Alexandria in 2009. Obama’s legal double-standard caught the attention of President Donald Trump earlier this year, who tweeted about it in January.
