(Natural News) The road to healthy living can be riddled with challenges, but none as great as getting stuck with the same food – every single day.
Of course, it doesn’t have to be this way. Thanks to the growing awareness about healthy living, people now have more access to natural recipes which are not only delicious but also beneficial to their health. The great thing is – these recipes won’t break the bank and are easy to make.

What you’ll need:
4 cups of all-purpose flour (non-GMO verified)
2 heaping tablespoons of organic coconut oil
Water to help make the dough.
How to do it:
In a bowl, combine the ingredients and mix until well combined.
After the mixture begins to feel crumbly, make a “pit” at the center.
Gradually pour in a little bit of water and mix. Continue to add water and mix until the dough comes together.
Use your hands to create a dough ball. Let them sit for around 15 minutes.
Pat the dough until flattened and set onto a lightly floured surface.
Knead the dough using a rolling pin to create desired tortilla size.
You can cook the tortillas in a preheated medium-hot skillet for 30 seconds each side. A good way to know if these are ready to be flipped is if it already has golden brown spots. (Related: Six delicious GMO-free breakfast ideas.)
