Godly Grandparents Are A Blessing

If you have Godly grandparents,
You are as fortunate as you can be.
They can be a blessing to you,
As my grandparents have been to me.

They carry you in their hearts
As they go their way each day.
They think about you very often,
And for you they always pray.

You may be in a class at school,
Taking a long and difficult test.
Remember, Grandma is praying
That you will do your very best.

You may be taking a long trip
In the air or on the ground.
Remember, Grandpa is praying
For you to be safe and sound.

At Thanksgiving or special days,
To your grandparents' house you go.
They look forward to seeing you,
And their love, they will show.

Be thankful for your grandparents.
They may not always be here.
Tell them that you love them
And to you they are so very dear.
