After just three months in office, President Trump’s administration is realizing this is a task easier said than done. U.S. military equipment has been decaying over the past three decades, and it is falling behind in technical capabilities to nations like Russia and China. Simply undoing Barack Obama’s military budget cuts alone is likely to be an insurmountable task. Is the U.S. military beyond repair?
