Scientists prove the media is TOTALLY unfair (this will surprise you…)

President Donald Trump frequently draws attention to the fact the the media is inherently anti-Trump, often covering him in a negative light. Now, a recent study from Pew Research Center’s Journalism Project proves he’s right- and more.

Researchers determined the news stories covering Trump in the first 60 days of his presidency were more than twice as negative as those covering the same time span for former presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

“Negative” stories were labeled as such is they had at least twice as many negative statements as positive. And vice versa for the positive statements.

And a shocking 62 percent of the stories covering Trump’s first days were negative.

When comparing the amount of positive coverage, it gets even worse.

Only 5 percent of news stories covered Trump in a positive light, compared to 42 percent for Obama.

The study focused on online news sites with at least 20 million unique monthly visitors, and cable networks CNN, Fox News and MSNBC. In addition, it looked at evening news programs from the broadcast networks, PBS, and some top talk radio shows.

The study makes it clear that the media is biased against Trump and his administration – and it should leave Trump and his supporters saying, “I told you so!”
