VISION........

Vision


Vision is not just viewing the now - vision is seeing what God has in store for each one of us.

In order for HIS children to grow and mature they must look to the future with the eyes of Christ.

If our vision gets cloudy or becomes unfocused we tend to stumble - in HIM we must trust.

We limit our vision by walking through life with shoulders slouched and heads down.

Our walk should be tall, straight as an arrow, eyes fixed forward and totally focused.

All good things come from God above - if we keep looking down all we will ever see is the ground.

Distractions come to all of us - roadside perils and pitfalls, they've hampered everyone since the beginning.

Focusing on the future, forgetting the past, following the same path that Jesus once did - that's the task.

If our eyes are looking towards the end of the trail it's easier to dodge the things that keep us from winning.

In this life there are only two roads - the narrow and the broad, it is up to us because we are free to choose.

The narrow way is the path that Christ took, it's not easy and it actually has more dangers along the way.

Easy is the broad path - it's a lot more congested though and its travelers have more much to lose.

We must walk in HIS presence, stand on the Word, claim the victory and never back down.

Our vision will be attacked -that is no doubt, so we must bask in God's glorious promises.

The enemy is smart - he will even use others to hold us back or to lead us onto shaky ground.

Hopes and dreams - the components of our vision are prime targets of the great Deceiver.

The father of all lies -the great Destroyer, wages war on God's people but he will never win the battle

IF we will pray for wisdom and follow God's calling, rebuke the enemy and remain a believer.
