God Renews Our Strength

At times in our Christian lives,
We tend to get faint and weak.
We try hard not to just give up,
And strength we earnestly seek.

We can find spiritual strength
When we read our Bibles and pray.
God can give us needed strength
To press on from day to day.

When we wait upon the Lord,
Our strength He will renew,
We need it for the journey,
For we're just passing through.

Our lives upon this old earth
Can be very rough some days,
But God can give us strength.
To Him, we lift our praise!
