Promise Yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of
Mind;
Promise Yourself to talk of health, happiness, and prosperity to everyone
you meet and also be Kind.

Promise Yourself to make all your friends feel that there is something
special and fine in them, you know Who;
Promise Yourself to look at the sunny side of everything and with Yahvah's
great help He will make your optimism come True.

Promise Yourself to think only the best, to work only for the best, and
expect only the best at Home;
Promise Yourself to be just as enthused about others success as you do
about your Own.

Promise Yourself to forget about the mistakes you made in the past, and
with Yahshua's loving help go on to greater achievements in the future and Give;
Promise Yourself to wear a cheerful countenance all the time and give
everyone you meet a smile, and obey and love Yahvah and Live.

Promise Yourself to give so much time to the improvement of yourself that
you have no time to criticize others and no time for Strif;
Promise Yourself to be too large for worry, to humble for anger, too strong
for fear, to happy to be troubled, putting Yahshua your Elohim first always
in your Life.
